LILY Coaching began from the many conversations that I had with my Massage Therapy Clients. What I saw from those conversations, was a unique chance to see behind the curtain of everybody's lives and into the deep recesses of their minds as they, my clients, struggled through the similar issues that we all try desperately to sort out in our own lives. What I determined from that experience for more than two decades and thousands of massage therapy sessions, is that we are all more similar than we are different. We all have good days and bad days. We all are searching for Love, acceptance, knowledge, purpose, belonging, hope, power and meaning.

LILY Coaching is representative of more than a beautiful flower. It is a symbol of rebirth, honesty, purity and authenticity. It actually for me initially, was an acronym for LEAVE IT LOVE YOURSELF. Leave your stuff & love yourself absolutely & always. Every struggle begins from interpersonal relationships. Especially the relationship we have with ourselves.

We search for what we think we want, need and deserve outside of ourselves mostly. We depend on love from outside sources and people. We simply could have just been looking within to get all the love, belonging, support, belief, hope, knowledge, acceptance, purpose and power.

I am always surprised by the power we have within. I know that change is simply a new choice away and that we only have to choose different thoughts and we can create a different feeling from that and find new actions and results will follow. The problem with that is sometimes we need help, accountability, support, encouragement, belief and strategies to make it stick. That's where Coaching comes in. We are that partner for you that believes in you until you believe in yourself.

My commitment is to reach as many people as I possibly can, to get my message out to those in need of going from Powerless to Fearless and finding Freedom. I want the whole world to feel the ripple created from brave individuals who are looking to grow, influence and solve their problems and from that benefit us all. I took far too long to get where I am and I really don't want others to wait and struggle before they begin their own journey of strength, resiliency, determination, growth and freedom. Belonging is yours. Abundance is yours. Enthusiasm infuses a new and important meaning to everything. Enthusiasm can be something you feel everyday forever. Ultimately, your answers are within you and sometimes your just not shown how to listen. I have devoted myself to this work because I love this work, I will always be dedicated to teaching others & I can't wait to hear how I can help you.
