This website is owned and operated by LILY Coaching. By accessing the site in any manner, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific sections. LILY Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance of changes.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Limited License to You

The site and all materials are property of LILY Coaching and affiliates, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The site is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. Users may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, or distribute materials without authorization. Users may download and print individual pages for personal use while maintaining all copyright notices.

Your License to Us

By submitting material to the site, users represent they own the material or have express consent from the owner and are at least thirteen years old. Users grant LILY Coaching a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and distribute such material.

Contributions qualify as "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright Law Section 101, making LILY Coaching the author and exclusive owner. If not qualifying as work for hire, users irrevocably assign all proprietary rights to LILY Coaching. The company may cease displaying any materials at any time for any reason.

Limitations on Linking and Framing

Hypertext links to the site are permitted without implying sponsorship. However, framing, inline linking, or incorporating site content into other websites requires prior written permission.

Disclaimers

LILY Coaching provides links to third-party sites without implying endorsement. We don't operate or control third-party information, products, or services. Third-party opinions and advice don't represent LILY Coaching's views.

All information, products, and services are provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied. LILY Coaching disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or freedom from viruses.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LILY Coaching from claims arising from breach of these terms.

Online Commerce

LILY Coaching isn't responsible for quality or reliability of third-party products and services sold through the site. Merchants may collect information separately with different privacy practices. Users release LILY Coaching from damages resulting from third-party transactions.

Users are financially responsible for all purchases made through the site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only. Fraudulent or speculative purchases are prohibited. Sharing purchased materials is unauthorized and constitutes copyright infringement.

If payment is declined, the system automatically disables access to premium materials. LILY Coaching will attempt to contact users to resolve billing issues and restore access.

Interactive Features

Users alone are responsible for material they post on bulletin boards, blogs, chat rooms, or email services. Users must not:

• Impersonate persons or entities
• Interfere with servers or networks
• Instigate illegal activities
• Gain unauthorized access through hacking or similar means
• Obtain materials not intentionally made available
• Post unlawful, threatening, abusive, obscene, or defamatory content
• Transmit material violating others' rights or intellectual property
• Post material containing viruses or harmful components
• Use the site for commercial purposes, advertising, or solicitation without approval
• Gather email addresses or personal information for marketing

LILY Coaching may remove expelled users from forums and may remove or alter any user-created content. We disclaim responsibility for third-party forum content and make no representations about validity of opinions or information posted.

LILY Coaching has no obligation to monitor content but reserves the absolute right to do so. We may alter, refuse to post, or remove content to satisfy laws or protect ourselves and users.

Community members added to online programs may be removed at any time, though this occurs rarely.

Registration

To access certain features, users provide demographic information and may register with name and email. Users must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. LILY Coaching may suspend or terminate accounts with false or incomplete information.

Passwords

Users are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all account activities. Users must notify LILY Coaching immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches and exit accounts after each session. LILY Coaching isn't liable for losses from failure to protect passwords.

Limitation of Liability

LILY Coaching isn't liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from site use or inability to use it, even if we are advised beforehand of the possibility of such damages. The sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuing use.

LILY Coaching is not an investment advisory service and provides educational and general informational materials only. No information constitutes investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Users shouldn't rely on the site for securities transactions and must consult professionals before acting on provided information.

No representation has been made about future income, expenses, or profitability from program participation.

Termination

LILY Coaching may cancel or terminate user access at any time without notice. Restrictions on downloaded material and liability disclaimers survive termination.

Refund Policy

Each product, service, event, or course specifies its own refund policy.

Other

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act provides recourse for copyright infringement. Copyright claims or counter-notices must comply with DMCA requirements. Direct DMCA notices to: hello@lilycoaching.com.

This agreement binds LILY Coaching and successors. Rights cannot be assigned without written consent, though LILY Coaching may freely assign to affiliates.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, with disputes subject to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada. If any provision is unenforceable, it's severable without affecting remaining provisions.
