You probably don't need more information

We often mistake more information for more clarity. Here's why the answer you're searching for may already be within everything you already know.

You probably don't need more information

I know...

That's a strange thing to hear from someone who loves learning.

But hear me out.

Every week I speak with people who have done the research.

They've read the books. They've listened to the podcasts. They've watched the YouTube videos.

They've asked friends. They've Googled symptoms. They've collected opinions.

And then they arrive feeling more confused than when they started.

Not because they aren't smart.

Because information isn't the same as clarity.

The internet is very good at telling you what worked for someone else.

It can't tell you what fits you.

That's where I think we get stuck.

We keep searching for one more article. One more opinion. One more expert.

When what we're really looking for is someone who can help us make sense of everything we've already gathered.

Whether I'm helping someone understand why their shoulder still hurts... or helping someone untangle a life decision...

The work isn't about adding more information.

It's about helping them hear themselves more clearly.

Sometimes the next step isn't learning something new.

Sometimes it's finally understanding what you've known all along.

Take a little time today and ask yourself:

Am I searching for more information... or am I searching for clarity?

What's the decision you keep researching but haven't made yet? Hit reply and tell me in one sentence. I read every response, and sometimes naming it out loud is the first step toward clarity.
